Space and Missiles Center’s mission is to deliver resilient and affordable space capabilities. The center is responsible for on-orbit check-out, testing, sustainment and maintenance of military satellite constellations and other Department of Defense space systems.
Scheduling and Integration, May 2013 – Aug 2014
I managed 12 team members to create an enterprise-level schedule that identified nine schedule disconnects on six contracts. These findings prompted an inter-organization review, which led to actions reducing significant schedule risks to ground system development.
Launch Readiness Coordinator, June 2012- May 2013
I led a team of seven personnel to prepare one $2.8 billion satellite and one $610 million payload for launch. This position required frequent stakeholder engagement spanning working-level personnel, executives, and geographically-separated organizations to promptly identify, coordinate, and resolve risks to scheduled space launch.
Test & Evaluation Director, May 2010- May 2012
The Air Force Satellite Control Network provides command and control to over 170 Department of Defense, civilian and NATO satellites.
I directed the Test & Evaluation program and managed 80+ personnel implementing systems engineering processes for requirements analysis, development testing, and anomaly identification and resolution.
